Submission Guidelines
Electronic submission system
Submission of an article and supplementary materials, all communication, reviews and other stages of the editorial process are carried out exclusively in the OJS electronic submission system.
Only registered users will be able to submit articles for consideration by the Editorial Board. To register in the system and create a new user account, please select the “Register” link in the top right corner of this page. If you already have an account – please click the “Login” link. Take note! The editorial board will not accept the materials of articles sent to the editor's e-mail, which were not submitted through the electronic submission system.
Author(s) and Corresponding Author Responsibilities
Each author must accept certain responsibilities. If your article has more than one author, you will need to designate a corresponding author for your submission.
Corresponding author is the one individual who assumes primary responsibility for the submitted manuscript, subsequent correspondence, any corrections, clarifications, and handling any other inquiries received before and after publication of an article.
By submitting an article to the Publication, you agree to assume the following responsibilities:

submit research materials in conformity with Publishing Ethics; follow all submission guidelines established by our academic journal; acknowledge Publication rules, policies, and procedures by signing «Author's Consent» form. |
submit a manuscript and supporting files to the Publication; process any revisions/updates based on editorial office recommendations; ensure payment of all article processing charges (APC); respond to questions received after publishing on behalf of all authors. |
Author(s) must keep their contact information up-to-date in the personal account on the SED’s website.
Before Submission
Before submitting your article, please make sure that it is complete, grammatically correct, free of spelling or other errors and is in line with the Publication’s:
Make sure that your article has proper authorization to use third-party images and other material that are subject to copyright by their respective owners.
To complete the submission, in addition to the article itself, fill in and upload the following file (here you can download the relevant submission template):

Please note that authors assume full responsibility for information validity as well as for compliance with the law and regulations, established moral and ethical norms and guidelines. Submitted materials should not use derogatory language, show signs of aggression, and/or discriminate based on a person’s national origin, religion, race, color, sex, disability, or age. These are illegal under any of the laws and not acceptable under the code of conduct. Authors assume full responsibility for expressed opinions, points of view, thoughts, results, and conclusions stated in the paper, validity of used information, accuracy of terms, names, and citations.
Interaction after submission
You will receive a confirmation email after your submission is complete.
From now on, the article must go through the following stages of the editorial process: :
▪ Preliminary Screening;
▪ Peer-review;
▪ Preparation for Publication.
Publication of articles in the SED is carried out on the terms of the article processing charge (APC) which are determined by the Publisher.
