PHENOMENOLOGICAL MULTIASPECTS OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION

Digital technologies are increasingly penetrating all spheres of life, including education. They are changing the way we receive, transmit and process information, which opens up new opportunities for learning, but also creates new challenges. In the context of continuous education, which involves the constant updating of knowledge and skills throughout life, digitalization facilitates access to knowledge at any time and from any place, which makes it extremely important for modern society.
The phenomenological approach allows for a deeper understanding of educational processes, taking into account individual experience, social contexts and subjective perception of education. He emphasizes that education is not just the transfer of knowledge, but a complex, multifaceted process that is formed under the influence of personal and social factors. Such an approach is extremely important in the study of how digital technologies change educational practices and impact on social relations and the social and humanitarian sphere.
Digitization not only changes educational processes, but also transforms social relations, affecting social structure, professional relationships and cultural practices. In the context of global interaction and the growing importance of digital technologies for interpersonal and social communications, continuing education can contribute to the maintenance and development of these relationships aimed at sustainable development.
Sustainable development requires a constant balance between economic, social and environmental needs. Education is a key factor in this development, as it provides society with the knowledge and skills needed to meet modern challenges. Continuous education, especially in the conditions of digitalization, becomes an integral part of this process, because it facilitates adaptation to rapid changes and ensures the long-term stability of social relations.
The development of the social and humanitarian sphere under the influence of digital technologies requires a comprehensive approach to research, which includes the analysis of cultural, ethical and social aspects. This actualizes the problem of the research, since digitalization affects not only the technical aspects of life, but also the fundamental human values that form the basis of the social and humanitarian sphere.
The purpose of the article is to analyze the phenomenological multifacetedness of continuous education in the conditions of digitalization and study its impact on the development of social relations and the social and humanitarian sphere. Special attention is paid to revealing how digital technologies transform educational processes, promote social inclusion and ensure the development of the social and humanitarian potential of society.
