The article reveals the relevance of corporate culture in the enterprise management system. The essence and features of the management system and improvement of the organization with the help of the correct construction of corporate culture are considered. The essence of such concepts as corporate culture and enterprise management system is clarified. Attention is focused on the role of corporate culture in the management system of improvement and harmonious development of all aspects of the company's activities.
